SHIPPING

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We strive to process all orders within five days of ordering. Please note that during peak dispatch times delivery timeframes may be extended. Once sent, orders within the US should arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on your location. As a guide, we allow 3-4 weeks for orders outside the US.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Pretty much everywhere. The shipment is free for all countries that qualify for international postage.

Can I pick up my order from your studio?

Unfortunately we don’t offer a pick up service, regardless of whether you live locally.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

How do I exchange an item?

Email brad@woodnax.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. We will confirm availability and provide further instructions.

What is your returns policy?

Email brad@woodnax.com with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund within 7 days after you receive the order. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges, on SALE items. If the refund request is approved, we will provide further instructions by email.

WARRANTY

How do I make a warranty claim on my purchase?

Woodnax watches and other accessories come with a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if the materials in your watch/sunglasses aren't right or if the watch/sunglasses isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover the glass and general wear and tear.

If you believe you have a warranty claim, please send us an email to brad@woodnax.com. We will repair or replace your watch at our discretion.
